1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HeemeyerClean, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including customers, service providers, and visitors.
2. Platform Role
HeemeyerClean is a marketplace platform that connects property owners with independent service providers. We do not employ service providers and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or completion of any services arranged through the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms.
4. Provider Responsibilities
Service providers must hold any required licenses and insurance for their services. Providers agree to complete jobs as described, communicate professionally, and honor accepted quotes. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.
5. Fees & Payments
Job posting is free for customers. HeemeyerClean charges service providers a platform fee on completed jobs. Payment terms are detailed in the Provider Agreement available at sign-up. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
HeemeyerClean shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
